Flax Banana Yogurt Muffins

1 c. Whole wheat flour
1 c. Old-fashioned rolled oats 
1 tsp. Baking soda 
2 tbsps. Ground flaxseed 
3 large ripe bananas 
½ c. Greek yogurt 
¼ c. Unsweetened applesauce 
¼ c. Brown sugar 
2 tsps. Vanilla extract 

1- Set oven at 355 degrees F and preheat.
2- Prepare muffin tin (can use cooking spray or cupcake liners. 
3- Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. 
4- In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, banana, sugar, vanilla, and applesauce. 
5- Combine both mixtures and mix. Do not over mix. Batter should not be smooth but lumpy. 6- Bake for 20 mins. or when inserted toothpick comes out clean.
