3 tbsps. Mayonnaise 
3 minced garlic cloves 
1 tbsp. Lemon juice 
1/ 8 c. Olive oil 
1 c. sliced red bell peppers
1 sliced Zucchini 
1 sliced red onion 
1 sliced Yellow squash 
2 slices Focaccia bread 
½ c. Feta cheese 

1- Mix in a small bowl, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice. 
2- Place in the refrigerator. 
3- Heat grill for high heat. 
4- Lightly grease both the grill and your vegetables. 
5- Set zucchini and bell peppers closest to the middle of the grill; set squash and onion pieces around them. 
6- Cook for 3 minutes on each side (total of 6 mins) transfer from grill and put aside briefly. 
7- Coat cut sides of bread with mayonnaise mixture. Topped with sprinkled feta cheese. With cheese side up, place bread on the grill, and seal lid. 
8- Grill for 2 to 3 minutes. 
9- After bread is removed from gill, layer with vegetables. 
10- Serve as open face sandwiches.
